Sunday dinner - what's burnin??? LOL!!!

Just kidding yall!!!!  Whew - I am back this week, feeling like I wanna cook!  I need to spend some quality time cleaning my grill today too - I want to BBQ next weekend. 

I am STILL pheening for salmon croquettes - I have rosemary and dill leftover from making them earlier this week so I am going to buy some more salmon and make another batch.  I don't know what the hell is going on with me, but I am craving shiot like this salmon, cheese and crackers, chicken wings - shiot like that - not cookies and pies and sweets..... WTF????  but I am NOT going to fight it!!!!

Other than that - I will do my spin on some frozen veggies so i have those on hand, still have leftover chili and baked chicken - I MIGHT do a couple baked sweet potatoes but this week is gonna be 'live outta the freezer' week.

I think I got some bad Taco Bell on Friday night (Zesty Chicken Bowl).....never again!

So, I'm taking it easy.  I think I'll make some Italian Wedding Soup.

The can version is a-ight,  but you know how WE do.  I like my version better, lol.

Nope - I have no clue cause I ain't italian and ain't married neither!!!!  HAHAHHAHAHAHHA!!!!!

Actually I haven't ever eaten that kinda soup - I'm a chicken noodle girl.
