Lunch - Fruit smoothie w/ protein, green tea and flaxseed added

Dinner - Baked Mac & cheese w/ grill chicken added; steamed brocolli
Water Goal: 100oz
Supplements - Multi, Iron 60mg, Ester C, B12, B-complex & Calcium Citrate
Exercise: Shoulders, arms, chest, back, abs and obliques; thigh trainer while watching tv.

I do alot of running on the weekends so I really slack on my water. So far I have had 22 oz of coffee and 20 oz of water. I will probably get in about 60oz before the day is over

Exercise-no cardio or weight on the weekend, 100 crunches, 100 squots(sp?)

L - Wendy's side salad w/baked chicken breast
D - Chicken breast, steamed broccoli
S - Walnuts
Water - 80oz minimum...but shooting for 100oz
Exercise - already did 3 mile walk-away-the-pound dvd & may go walking in a while
