You are doing better than me.  I keep convincing myself because it's diet soda...it's okay. It's still addictive and so not okay dagnabit!  I'ma follow your lead one of this days....not today though.  That internal ah-ha moment hasn't clicked for me yet.  I hope it does soon.

Good fo you, lady!  I am this much  proud of you!  Just know...they say it only takes 21 days to break a habit.  Hang in there!

Sodas are my addiction.  I order the supplies at work for our kitchen and I left off the coke this month and only purchased diet coke and pepsi which the guys prefer anyway.  At work it was so easy to drink one or two cokes without thinking about it.  Since they are not there, I've not had any.

Keep up the good work Pastor Di!!  I gave up soda at the beginning of my 6 month pre-op diet and it was rough at the beginning, but now that I haven't had any in 6 months I don't even miss it anymore.  Who knew?  I used to be addicted to coke and cherry coke, but now my addiction is walmart brand SF cherry limeade.
