I've been doing pretty good no complaints here...I've been blessed in every since of the word... I have this Ellipitcal Machine that I have been working out on... Lawdy have mercy I have never been this sore in my life...This is going into the 2nd week of this machine and I swear by it, because it works every inch of your muscles.. like I told Garland the only place that isn't sore are my eyes.. I love it even though.. it hurts... I know it's doing big things to enhance this body of mine...Every step I take I know I've been on that machine... Every time I reach for something I know I have been on that machine... I love this machine...
