It's about -18  degrees here my kitchen pipes have even froze to damn cold!!!!

No decision on lunch yet.

Kinda cheating today, but liquid protein tonight....

Breakfast- 3 egg whites/1 oz. cheese/turkey bacon
Lunch- veggie soup/ Baked Talapia
Dinner- WW  frozen meal
Snack- 100 calorie popcorn/orange /apple
I have joined WW and it has jumped started my weight loss.
45 minutes of cardio today.
Will do all of my supplements and at least 64 oz. of water

Hey D...today...let's see I'm doing absolutely nothing, but taking my vits/supplements, drinking water @ 80oz and as for eating, let's just say I'm on these Wendy's side salads right now so i'll have a few of those w/chicken breast.

Exercise...well...I did the 3 mile walk away the pounds dvd but that's it.

Piggy started exercising with me. We did Kathy Smith total body scuplt together. It was good having a partner. My weights looked puny compared to his though LOL
