Lose 33 lbs. in 1 month ask me how.......
Here is how and what "I" did.
I start my workouts everyday with stretching starting off with head rotating clockwise and couterclockwise, forward, backward,left, right. next i rotate wrists , forearms, and arms forward and backward. hips sames as i did with my head as mentioned above. i bent my legs until my foot touch my butt left and right and finally i rotated my ankles the same manner as mentioned above as head. notice i have just warmed up and worked all of my joints.
next i would get on the treadmill and go for 15-20 mins starting with a light walk, brisk walk, and a light jog and alternate the 3 or go with the tempo of upbeat music moving and pumping my arms as i go. most of the time i would average .75 or 3 quarters of a mile.
next i go to the stairmaster man i hate this machine. the most i ever last on this machine is 2 mins and a half then i just klunk out.
on days when the treadmills are being occupied i hit the Heavy bag throwing punches, jabs ,crosses, and hooks, kicks ,and footwork. you can get a serious workout using the heavy bag.
then i get on the floor and do some old fashioned stomach crunches.
this past monday i restarted my martial arts training at first i was studying Jui-jitsu.
now i am studying universal shorei-goju karate. japanese forms we work katas and sparring.
after that i do my weight training i mainly train with dumbells to isolate even strength.training my traps, forearms, shoulders, tris,bis,chest,abs, my martial arts get my legs in shape plus the walking and stairclimbing i do daily.
My food intake consists of:
B-eggs sausage wheat toast 1 hash brown
S-varies from trail mix- apples,bananas,citrus,nuts,granola bars
L-chicken caesar salad
S-varies from trail mix apples,bananas, citrus,nuts,granola bars
D-chick caesar salad and chilli
S-varies from trail mix apples,banans,citrus,nuts,granola bars
been drinking Dasani brand and ice mountain bottled water. diet coke or diet pepsi
supplements consists of b12 dots lingual under my tongue, whey protein Banana, mega man multivitamins and iron
when i started my training i weighed 433 lbs i now weigh 399 lbs maybe less i weighed in last week so i maybe less than 399 i am no longer in the 400 club.
this was how i lost 33 lbs maybe more.
also i write everything i do in the gym. even on days when i cant go i walk and write that down as well.
one last thing for people who cant at this time get to the gym for whatever reason. try this:
i cant think of anyone who cant do the electric slide,cha cha slide, slide or line dance. you can do the slide off of pretty much any kind of music. most songs lasts 3-5 minutes you'd be surprised
how many calories can be burned "sliding".

You started at 433 pounds, I could do everything you did, eat everything you ate and I still would not lose 33 pounds because i'm no where near that size. You have the advantage of being large enough and male so that your body will drop that amount of weight quickly, and I hate you. LOL

hey lee i saw your pics you did your thang i love see that kind of dedication.
when i weighed in i knew based on the fact that he had me getting on and off that scale i knew it weighed me wrong. and looking at what i been doing and eating i knew i lost more. so i went back for a second opinion and was pleased with the results.

Finally............ DETAILS!!!!!!!
My worry for you going into the 45-60 day mark is variety. You are still eating basically the same kinds of things everyday - that's gonna get old coming up - are you considering some other dishes/snacks to incorporate so that you don't get bored silly and 'fall off'? I am the type of person to eat the same thing everyday for two weeks at a time - but at the end of that two weeks..... watch out!!! LOL - so what's the go forward plan there? You have been rolling along with this so far - let's get ready for days 90-120-180 and beyond - failure to plan is planning to fail!
And I see the BRAND of water - but how MUCH are you drinking? ~cuts eyes to LaVerne cause I DO read well!!~ I am hoping you say 80-100 oz a day......... not thrilled with the soda - but we all have our vices..... have you thought about diet sprite or diet rite? They have less sodium - the last thing you want right now is water retention due to sodium intake.....
So on your 1/6 post you weighed 420 lbs - now 10 days later you are 399 - that's 21lbs in 10 days - WOW....... what about your routine drove that, do you think?

Don't forget the water intake - still looking for an oz count on that one..........
