While on the show they work out like 8 hrs a day.  I think its normal to expect some regain when back to real life. The thing I don't get is how ddo you let 100 lbs come back?  Don't you notice after 15-20 that your clothes aren't fiting anymore?

They should add a clause to Biggest Loser thatt when they check up on you after your season is over you have to pay back some of the money you won.

Can you imagine working out 8 hours a day?  I force myself to do an hour.  And then you got Jillian bad breath in your face screaming and yelling!! OH MY!!

I'm suprised they can handle it.  I'd haul off and hit Jillian one day.

I'm with Shani he needs to get cut down to the white meat.
Some people talk as though losing weight without surgery is the only "right" way to lose weight.  All I have to say is been there done that 100 times..KEEPING IT OFF IS THE PROBLEM.

This makes me really appreciate BAF even more. We can be accountable to each other - but he is journey is so public.

Yes he does have to be accountable in public and that sucks.  Because the public is not so nice when it comes to setbacks and failures.

I personally don't really like the show...b/c i feel like its making a mockery of the journey. Its not speaking to the TRUTHS of the journey that we have to take. Like MM said if we could dedicate 8 hours a day to working out and losing weight then it would be all good an no cutting would have to take place. The reality of it is we gotta grind through LIFE then think about losing weight. When life hits you in the face we tend to go to our addiction.......

It is what it is.........

Along with the 8 hours of working out they also need to contribute about 2 hours a day with a psychiatrist or a psychotherapist.  Alot of people forget about the mental!  It is no joke.  I struggle with the mental more than I do the physical and it is a friggin beast!!!
