4 days post op
The water is def a truggle too. I used to keep thinking about going back to the hospital for dehydration those horror stories scared me straight. What I did was take out 4 bottles of water. My job for the day was to get them all in. Some days I passed some I didn't, but came close. It worked for me.

Early out, I swore by Gas X and hot tea....or even just sipping on ho****er. That really helped with the gas. To this day, I still start my morning with a hot drink...my stomach won't be right If I don't.
I don't know about you, but I hated the taste of plain water and just couldn't get it all in, until I found these little things. Very good!

I'm a month out today and now I get in about 70g of protein and 7 cups of water in. Oh also your protein might be giving you extra gas. I discovered that I am extremely lactose intolerant and had to find a low lactose protein shake that i could tolerate. Even those bullets were giving me gas. Its really trial and error.
Good luck. You need anything hit me up. You're only a 20-30 minute drive from me.
