2. I am tired of my grandmother taking my daughter's side on every issue.
Didn't anyone tell you grands and great grands treat their grands and greatgrand better than their own kids?
My mom absolutely LOVES my daughter, my nieces and nephews like crazy..lets them get away with murder sometimes. My brothers and I look on, shake our heads and say to ourselves, "This ISN'T the woman WE grew up with; the one who used to beat our a$$es like a prison guard. This is either some imposter or an older woman trying to get into Heaven now."

Tell me about it. My grandmother was having a whole conversation with my daughter at 10:00 at night about why she couldn't call her a taxi to take her to a new family because she didn't want to go to bed. As I am listening to her talk I am thinking why is she reasoning with a 4 year old about not giving her a number to a taxi company? How about telling her your momma said go to bed that is where I suggest you take a taxi to?
