Terri, I just need to stop being greedy but I loveeeeeee to eat, I knew I was full, but I thought what harm can one little bite (not that that bite was really little, lol) do.

I have learned that a lot of folks on here do not want to hear what YOU have to say. They want you to SAY WHAT they want to hear.

Laverne was the steak reheated? I tried to do that in Atlanta with my Houston's. The night before I was telling Terri D how I could eat steak. I was walking around that hotel room flapping like a bird until it went down.

LaVerne dont do reheated steak, I grilled this steak in my office on my George foreman grill(dont tell the safety officer) Girl, it wasnt the steak, it was the fact that I was full, but had to have a bite of that cheesecake.

I bet that steak was on point! Yeah, I'm guilty of one last bite syndrome too. Mr. Reliable always kicks me in my behind when I do it.

Mr Reliable?? Wow, I like that name for your band, I should have called mine band something else but she was giving the name "babylapband" right after surgery, when it felt like something moved in my stomach, I who was still at awe that I had the labband, said to my now-ex "wow, I feel like I have a baby in my stomach" and without missing a beat he said.."you do...a baby lapband" and that name stuck but most of the times..i want to call my band something that is not so nice.

"Band beatings" are no joke!!!! I can't really eat bread AT ALL and I really have to be careful when I eat chicken. One time I ate some chicken and it came right back up. My 4 year old (he was 3 at the time) got right up in my face and said "mommy you can't eat chicken!!!!" That boy has more sense than me sometimes!!! I STILL TRY!!!

Band beating reason I put "babylapband" back as part of my name so I can easy remember I am not always in charge of this journey.
