I went to the OH event in Los Angeles back in October... I definitely recommend that you go. There will be the usual vendors hocking vitamins and such. But it's far outweighed by the quality companies.

The information was top notch. The motivational speakers were good (and not preachy.) I learned a great deal (decided then to pusue the sleeve) and the people were very nice. Like these message boards, sometimes it's just nice to talk to someone else who is on the journey...

I think you'll enjoy it...
