Have any of you all attended an OH evernt? There will be one in the Chi-town area this summer. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to attend.

I have been to one, they have speakers and plastic surgeons and vitamin people, all kinds of services, when I was newly out I found it helpful.

I missed the one in VA when it came, but I really wanted to go. I am gonna make the next one in this area. I like soaking in all WLS info.

I have lost motivation since my 1st surgery and now since I'm fresh out from my 2nd I think it'd be a good way for me to rev up and find that umphh I need to get my mojo back.

I had noticed the other day that you didn't update your surgery and date under your avatar. I was trying to remmeber when you had your revision. Why do you think you're not pumped up? Hey you need a newly post-op partner? I could use all the partners I can get. I'm sending you my email address on the BL.

After about the 1st 6 months from my original surgery it was just as if I had never had surgery. I'm a little over a week out from my port replacement, and so far things are ok. I'm trying to not let myself get carried away with the scale and weighing myselff all the time like I did before.

That's right it wasn't a revision per se, it was a port replacement. I'm tripping!!!! Well it's never too late to get on track! I am trying my best to stay away from the scale. The way I figure it is everything is being done according to the rules then one should lose weight. Especially while in the window. I have to admit I am dying to get on again. Especially since I upped my gym workouts.
