Older folks say drinking a little apple cider vinegar removes sugar cravings...never tried it but I've been close especially during PMS.

Also heard that eating a banana is suppose to sooth sugar cravings ~shrug~

Okay I'm a newbie but I want to say don't get discouraged!!! I think as long as you recognized the problem and addressing it now you'll be okay. You know when I have a "sugar craving" I make a caramel apple dip.

1 pkg of light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of splenda brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat cream cheese in a small bowl with an electric mixer until creamy, add brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Eat these with apples...  They are great and will satisfy your sweet tooth!!

Hello BS, I am also able to  eat whatever I like and have no dumping.  For  months now,  I have been eating any and everything().  The longer you continue to indulge the harder it will be to stop (well, that's what I am going through).  That is how I started with a little sugar here, a few carbs there and now I am so out of control.  I  have not lost a pound in months, have actually gained 2lbs due to the carbs and sugar addiction.  THANKS for posting this, I have read the various comments and really need the support also.   Bookmarked!
