De make sure you have a paper trail of every thing in writing, additionally if you plan on meeting with her have someone else attend the meeting and make sure all of this goes to upper management, this sounds as if YOUR new manager is not qualified for her position not only does she lack tact especially if she is getting "smart" with you this shows her lack of profesionalism and experience; she appears to be lacking in knowledge as well if she is taking credit for your work, all this should be documented and reported.
Good luck, this kind of situation to be in is the worst you deserve better and all YOUR hard work should be acknowledged.

Be prepared because she is going to make you out to look incompetent. Make sure you keep a diary of all the ideas that you came up with especially the ones that were implemented. I hate when people try to ride other people's coat tail. And then try to make it like you're not pulling your weight.
ooooooh
For every idea I suggested it is WAY beyond her knowledge and I only gave ENOUGH to state it....not explain.....also, I have created and time-stamped EVERYTHING so all I have to do is print and it will show in my header/footer.....trust me, she KNOWS all too well she has LIED.....momma said tell one lie, gotta tell two!!!!
Dayum I love momma! I got facts....I got papers.....they can do right or they can do wrong...it's up to them!
