Need to VENT ~work issues~
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are!

OMG, I'm having flashbacks of my last supervisor. We actually did wind up bumping heads in HR.
Dedee, you handled yourself well. I'm glad you have written documentation of everything. I've found that in situations like these, people have "selective" amnesia. It's a shame that you can't just go to work and enjoy it, but have to deal with mess like this.
A long time ago when I was still a student, I met a woman who was an engineer and she gave me some career advice that I took to heart. She said that people who are not willing to stick their necks out and risk exposing themselves to public failure will never move up. I never forgot it. I've been promoted up on every job that I've held for the past 25 years. If I have an idea, I own it - I accept the credit or the blame if it doesn't work. I will also own whatever work that is required to make it succeed.
Dedee, show your talent. Let your light shine. You will threaten some folk. Some will actively hate you, but that's their issue, not yours. The people who are above the insecure ones will take note of your abilities and they are the ones who can move you up.
Because your supervisor has shown her true character, in the future you might have to blow your own horn a little. "Hi, Team Member, how are you today? I haven't spoken with Ms. Supervisor Cow since your group meeting. Have my ideas for the new widget been discussed yet?"
Pay attention to the office vibes. You might find some unexpected allies.
I meet with her and the big boss on Tuesday.

1st,, you handled the situation like a professional,, and I dont blame you for one thing.
I have been having "employment issues" for the last year, and it has damn near worried me to death, and definitely sabotaged my weight loss.
I will tell you this, KEEP handling your shyt, and if you "become unemployed" again, then the Man Upstairs will take care of you.
Im STILL trying to handle this *&^&%ed up situation these people have put me in. But finally, I got sick of worrying about it, and decided to let it be.
But if you anything like me, that taking YOUR ideas, and passing them off as her own, would really **** me off.
