You beat me to the punch! My intent was to put a post out for you this morning. I read your reply to my post yesterday and was amazed you have been with BAF for 5 years and been almost quiet like a mouse!! As far as the 30 lb weight gain....don't beat yourself up about it. We are expected to regain 20 lbs of the weight we lost. However, I do understand you wanting to let those go. I suggest make mini goals. Focus on losing 10 lbs at a time. Go back to the basics....our tool is always there. Weigh...weigh....and weigh some more. Post your daily menu on Miz D.'s post everyday...it will serve as a food journal and you can go back to see what foods helped or hindered your weight loss. Best of luck to you!
