Here's the story Shani,
At my initial consult, my surgeon had suggested I get the VSG because of my BMI. When I talked it over with my PCP she wanted me to have to RNY because of possible dumping. Come to find out the way my surgeon does the surgery there is little or no dumping. So as I'm laying on the table ready to go to surgery he comes in, goes over the paperwork and notices that it says RNY. He's like this is not what we discussed at consult, and he was very adimant and passionate about VSG. Had a nurse come in that had VSG to talk to me, and I'm like ok let do it. Here I am VSG recipient.

Well scoot on over to the VSG board and check it out. I was on there for a while when I was researching options. They are all really nice! And you can take all the NSAIDS you want. Come period time you can Motrin it up! Congratulations again, on your sleeve.
