Turbinado sugar have you tried it? Does it make you dump? Can you cook with it if it does not make you dump?

I guess it depends on the person. I haven't dumped on it yet..but be careful...its about 15 calories a teaspoon, so you may wanna watch how much you use. I can use up to 3 teaspoons safely...I haven't tried more than that in one shot.

I just tried it at 3 years out and it didn't make me dump, but I don't think i'd have been able to tolerate it sooner.
