I am thankful for :

My salvation, mercy and grace I receive from GOD!

My family

My health

My  job

My WLS

My home

My car

Use off all my limbs

Etc!!!!!!!

Sneaking in to post, hopefully flying off under the radar here. 

I'm Thankful for LIFE

I'm thankful for WLS for I don't know how much longer I'd have been alive if I hadn't done it.

I'm thankful for the little girl that GOD chose to send from heavan to me. 

I'm thankful that she is not a teenager yet for I am NOT READY!

I'm thankful for the job that I have, even though it's been quite stresssful lately, I AM GAINFULLY EMPLOYED which is not something alot fo people can say these days.

I'm thankful for the friends and family member that serve as my support system.

I'm thankful for my discovery of BAF and OH, if it had not been for you all I don't know where I'd be in my journey. 

I have so many things more things I can name but I've gotta get off BAF and back to work.  I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Great way to get the day started.

I'm thankful for things important and insignificant to most

My loving husband and happy marriage
Roof over my head that's ours
My optimism
My friends that keep me grounded and pump me up at the same time
My family that is all doing well
My union job in this tough economy
My dog that even though gets on my nerves sometimes greets me everyday at the door and  makes me feel good
Regaining my passion for going to the gym
My sore thighs this morning......it's working
My DS-we're still learnng each other but it gets easier everyday
My business that is doing well and will be expanding soon
My pumas that make my feet feel so good at the gym...my old ones were terrible
finding the DS board and BAF- having so many people have your back makes this journey so much easier

Good Morning All,

I'm thankful for being alive and well.

I'm thankful for all of the wonderful people I have in my life.

I'm thankful for BAF as a support system in my weightloss journey

I'm very thankful for those on BAF who share their journey with all of us..... the good, the bad & the ugly.  There is so much to learn from each persons journey.

I'm thankful that I am learning to be more open in the cyber world.

I'm thankful I will be helping out as a volunteer at Obama's visit to Baltimore on Saturday.

I'm thankful that I know the importance of being thankful & that I don't take my life, family and friends for granted.

The warm heat that i was greeted with when entering my home,
I'm thankful for my WLS (103 pounds gone FOREVER baby),
I'm thankful for my ancestor (in so many ways...Ashe)
I'm Thankful for having a JOB!

that my phone didn't ring in the middle of the night with bad news!
a family that loves me beyond my faults!
a wonderful husband
that I'm living a bold right life with no regrets!
