It's Thursday and I'm Thankful...

For what am I thankful?  Well, I'm glad you asked (even if you didn't-).

I'm thankful that the Most High gave me another day to experience the wonders of this world--even the snow flurries that are happening right now.

I'm thankful for the continued health of my brothers, their families and my parents.

...for God having blessed me with a smart, healthy and beautiful daughter

...for having a special lady having crossed my path, not for a reason, or a season, but hopefully for a lifetime

...for the relationships I've made both here and in 3-D world.

What are you thankful for?

Good Morning Everyone!

To name a few, I am thankful...

...for my sons and my family.
...to be back on track with proper food choices.
...for the 13 pounds that I have lost so far this year.
...that I have recommitted myself to my WLS journey.
...that I am getting stronger by the day with my workouts and the trainer is impressed.
...for the wonderful friends that I have made on BAF/OH.

Morning, D.!

Things I am thankful for:

1. Today is pay day.
2. One more day until a four day weekend, thanks to 2 powerful black men.
3. I've lost all the weight I put on during the holidays
4. The drinks and good laughs I had with Candy last night.
5. Bush is packing his shiot.
6. I didn't have to carpool at all this week.
7. And always...my family.

I will stop at 7 since that is a perfect number.

~insert b-slap smiley here~  Stop calling me Empire!!!!

I be mah-vel-ous this morning. I wish we could get a little bit of the snow the rest of the country has been blessed with.  It is cold here though...it's suppose to drop down to 14 degrees tonight and 10 degrees tomorrow.  No snow in the forecast though.  ~sigh~

i tell you what, lady.  I'll send you a box of our snow flash frozen...all the snow I shovel from in front of my house should do it.  LOL
