I try and reply to all my reply posters...I didn't do it today though.  To be real...if I've been replying all day...I am tired of replying by the time I get home.  Now that was just WRONG of me.  Phyllis made a great point....if you reply to the majority and don't reply to 2 or 3...it's wrong.  Those people took a moment out of their time to read and reply to my post...they deserve a reply just like the others.  I will do better on that.  Thanks Phyllis.

No, I am not bothered if I am skipped on a post until I take notice that this person has skipped over me on a consistent basis.  Then I no longer reply to them.  Funny, these people don't reply to my post either.  Granted, this isn't a sure indication there is an issue....but I am sensitive so I just choose to post around them.  But I am only gonna give you a few times to dis me when I extended an olive branch to you on more than one occasion.

No, I don't care if those certain people don't respond...somebody betta respond though dammit...LMAO!

That  is my point sweetie.

thanks again for the clarification !!!!

Yeah, I know, by the way I was in Richmond last week for a staff meeting. One day we will meet. I detest those staff meetings, so I'm always in a funky mood in that area.

I don't even go to the social after the meeting. I hang out with my colleague eating at a fine restaurant (on their dime) and shopping.

I repond to e-mails all day in the workplace. So word-pimping isn't fun.

(((((RoRo)))) Nice new avie!

I have to know for those of you that reply to threads do you feel bad when the OP (original poster) doesn't reply to you directly??  I used to like the first month or so ant then I was like it doesn't matter.

Does it bother you when they skip your response and go to someone else's? No, not at all.

I also have a question for those that are OP's do you for "certain people" to respond to your post?
It is alway nice to have your close friends to respond.  However, if they are busy and/or not on the board I am not offended.  I am usually not an OP, just a RP (response to poster),  However, when I am the OP, I do make an attempt to respond to him/her especially if they ask a question or it requires additional feedback/comment.

Does it bother you when you "seems" like those "certain folks" pass you up on purpose?  No.  Get in where you fit in.
