I love tarragon. I use it on chicken, turkey and pork. It is very aromatic.  I use it in salads anything that is bland and needs to accent.  It is the bomb.

green beans are funny.  I dont care for the kentucky wonders down here they are the flat thick green bean we had to snap them when I was a kid.  I like the long skinny green bean.  like the ones in the cans.. those are generally blue lakes.  I like the haricovet.. (sp) the are nice skinny and tasty.    A girl is picky about the green bean.

I don't know how many times I have to say I'm ADD.  I didn't see your lust for details...DAMN

Well, last week I had a hankerin for fish tacos, so I found several recipies and one called for you to marinade the fish.

I marinated the tilapia in the following..
1/4 C EVOO
2TB white vinegar
2TB fresh lime zest
1 1/2 tsp honey
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp seafood seasoning (I used mccormick seafood rub)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp hot pepper sauce (I used some Jamaican something or other)

It was pretty good that way, but  a bit too mildly seasoned for me, so I sprinkled it with mccormick mesquite.

I will take a length of aluminum foil, spray it with pam, lay the fish in it and gently place fresh spinach atop it, fold it all up and throw it in the toaster oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.

while it cooks, I will go take off my jeans and top which is black white and brown to reveal my pink panties and blue bra.  Damn is that detailed enough?  Heffa.
