Cosmetics Lawsuit, Free Products Offered

 (WXYZ) - Several high-end retailers will be giving away $175 million in free cosmetics as part of a class-action lawsuit settlement. Stores including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Filene's, Lord & Taylor, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue will give away up to $25 in free cosmetics to customers under settlement. Under the lawsuit, the department stores and cosmetics companies "conspired to sell products at the manufacturers' suggested price only - never at a discount." The lawsuit also alleged that special promotions were coordinated so that other stores could not compete. The giveaway will start Tuesday, January 20. In order to get the free merchandise, customers must sign a form stating they purchased products at one of these stores between May 29, 1994 and July 16, 2003. My new years was very nice.. I've been having a wonderful new year so far..I can't complain because everything is going really well for me.. I don't think it could get much better.... and I'm just thankful for that... Thanks for the compliment that was so sweet of you.. My friend told me Andrea gave me high props.. I don't wear makeup but I will be in line to get some lol.. You have to be at the store of choice that day which happens to land on the day of the inaguration the 20th of January.

I'm feeling your hair that looks good on you, I've tried my best to get my hair that color but it's just to dark.. Only thing it lightens is my grays.. I think I will hit a couple of stores myself...lol I'm greedy.. I've missed you to Miranda...Life has been busy for me the last couple of months... It's all good though... I've been working out sometimes 2 x a day... I'm going ahead and do this dayum thing and pray that I will be able to keep the weight off.. I know it's going to take a while but I plan to work out for one year straight without stopping..... No more baking all that bad shyte.. I gained weight over thanksgiving and Xmas....

Ms Joyce I am so proud of u keep up the good work!! Um u can get this color hair at ur local hair store 17.99 a pack...lol lol go to a good stylist and have them hook u up with a full weave.....lol lol works every time! Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are!
