OT_ Jillian Michael's Wii game

Do anybody have the Jillian Michael's Wii game?

Well if anyone have the Wii it is a great investment. I purchased the game last week and my kids and I have been playing the game every night, and I am waking up sore every morning. My kids are so competitive I am not going to let them show me out. Extra incentive for me is the loser has to clean the kitrchen after dinner.

My favorites are the balance beam, hand car, rowing/paddling, crossing monkey bar*****hing bags and obstacle course.

I read the reviews on Amazon and at the time they weren't favorable. You could always check those out. I have the Wii fit and was loooking for a better game. I hate how you have to pause in between excersises and use the controller. I wish there was a way you could pre-program your workout and then it just goes straight through.

You have to use the controller but the game is fun I din't like it at first either. We have the Wii fit game too. I just like the hoola hoop and yoga on the wii fit.

We also have the outdoor challenge that is fun too. You may like this one.

Hi Lashay:

I just got mine and I must not be working it right because I haven't seen of your favorites.  The only thing I've seen is the working through the park like setting portion.  Maybe my controls aren't working properly when I'm working it doesn't move very fast no matter how much I move.  But thanks for listing your favorites I'm gonna go home and see if I can find some or all of them.

while I don't have the Wii, I am working the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shed now.  Its a twenty minute workout that deals with cardio, weightwork and abs.  While you may think "Twenty mins?  Puh-lease.." this is actually a hell of a workout.  Its on three levels, easy, intermediate and hard.

I like it a lot.

Same with the Wii game it has 3 levels also. I am still on easy and can manage 20 minutes. My goal is to do 60 miutes at the hard level by April 1st.

The first day I could only do 10 minutes and I had to grab a protein shake. My kids were laughing at me but I was dog tired.

I don't think I could even do the biggest loser I would be in jail.....

Glad I just have the game.

Danielle,

Just take ur time.  If you only do ten minutes the first time, that's fine. Just don't quit.

I know of a lot of people who would be in jail behind the biggest loser, but sometimes that drill sargeant thing is what's needed.

Just keep doing what ur doing..you'll be fine.

Hey D, how are you?  I hope all is well.  Where did you get the Jillian workout?  I have been wanting to be trained by her "in real life" ever since the first season of Biggest Loser.. BUT since that is NEVER going to happen, I'll take the other route....  Do tell..  I am certain I can handle 20 minutes of her... I HOPE...  But like she said, if you are puking or passed out, you are NOT working hard enough....
