Wow Inspire...this IS a great post! 
Now, you won't get me *****in', whining, moaning or complaining about BAF. I'm guilty of having a long hiatus from BAF 
that lasted a couple of years. I did get caught up with the "natural" (WTF is that???) weight loss and decided that I didn't need any more support. Man was I ever wrong. 
After reading your post, I'm more than determined to pay it forward and help out. Thanks again for posting!
