While I'm overjoyed that you're taking it, I would also encourage you to check out upcal (amazon)  for what you're spending in the vitamin shop you can probalby get more bang for your buck.  I spent about 20 bucks and have enough calcium for at least 2 months.

You are having a Pastor Di moment (meaning long post).  

I am not going anywhere...this board has allowed:

1. To have made wonderful friends for life who have endured some of the same experiences that I have had by being an overweight person
2. To receive the support when I have lost weight and a swift kick in the butt when I have gained it

I am not 3 years out but I am working on it and I will continually offer my support as I always have and I will not allow myself to be drawn into any BS. 

I thank all of you for being here for me.  I have an obligation to be here for the next wave of newbies.  The one thing my doctor pointed out to me in the beginning is that people who leave their support system will and have gained the weight back. 

thanks for that cause judy aint never leaving baf I aint running lurking or nothing I have always supported and always will even if my ass blow back up 50lbs which I aint having it I love you all and NO DRAMA WILL EVER KEEP THE QUEEN AWAY !!! have a good day girl

Ok, let me sound off.  I am not going anywhere.  I will continue to come and support and put myself right out there.  As a matter of fact, I will do the Thorough Thursday tomorrow if you need me to.  I just cannot understand why people leave.  Its not that serious.  What is serious is the support and contribution that you make to this board.

As much as Rhonda and I have gotten into it, I admire that fact that she still comes here after six years and gives her support. 

I admire those that endure the storm.  I admire those that can take a licking and keep on ticking.  That is what I have done and I hope others can find it in themselves to come back and post again. 

But if they do not, I will continue to post and support and get what I need from BAF.
