People we are a little over a month from the M&G! Who's excited????? You know how we do in the DMV good times are guaranteed.
We have managed to secure a $5 discount off the cost of the Zanzibar cover charge for Friday night (It's free before 8p for those who chose that option). Many of you have sent your R.S.V.P. to attend the festivities but we must ask that you do so again but this time include the Government Name of you and your guests for the list that we must supply the Night club. We realize that this information may not necessarily be something to post on the WWW but do send as a BL note to this profile if you would like to be included.
Additionally, for those who are planning to attend but have not provided an RSVP...please do so because we must keep track of the numbers to not only provide to the various venues but to make adjustments in the event that the numbers are such that changes are needed. We want nothing to prevent everyone from having a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
We have set up a paypal account ([email protected]) to collect the cost of the Cabaret fee (Saturday night's outing) This fee must be received no later than February 6th. The cost is $20 pp, please include a $3 processing fee when using a credit card.

question the cabaret fee is it 20 dollars and we have to hit up a local liquor store to bring r own stuff....will other people be there at the cabaret or just BAF FOLKS......?????

In doing this, because we have your screen names, if you list multiple names we need to know which of those names belong to you. If you are providing information for others, and any of the others happen to be a BAF member(s) please indicate their name w/ screen name.
It will be me and only me attending Friday and Saturday night dinner and clubs. It is possible that I will remitting the cabaret fees for more than myself...will I need to add a $3 processing fee for each person or just one $3 fee? And, originally, the profile stated that it was a BYOL and I noticed last week (I think) that it does not anymore. Will we need to provide our own drinks or will there be a cash bar?
