Hola Peeps,

I've decided to go ahead and purchase a scale for home use.  Any recommendations?  What about those ones that calculate BMI, body fat,  water weight, ovulation & how many children you'll have?    Are they more trouble than they're worth?

All recommendations are appreciated!

The best scale I ever had was a Weigh****chers scale.  I got it on sale for about $25 or $30. I would imagine a good digital scale would be good though....

Hey Woo

Girl I've gone through 2 scales (being cheap LOL)!  But my aunt has a WW scale that I really like.  And they are hella expensive.  I would check ebay and also linens and things if they haven't completed the going out of business sale!!

I have a scale by THINNER that I got from Bed Bath and Beyond for $30.00. It just weighs you, no bells and whistles, but is consistently accurate and the same as the scale at my physician's office.

I have a Tanita.  They sell them on Amazon (free S&H).  I does all of that extra stuff but I just record my weight.  But it works.

I purchased a Taylor scale from Walmart. I think it was around $35. It also reads body fat and has a body water monitor.

NONE!!! My reccomendation is to weigh yourself at another location once a month. Scale Freedom!!! You will never find yourself making one of those crazy posts.....I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks, knowing good and well some face stalls in the beginning. If you're doing what you're supposed to do, the weight will be coming off, no need to check.

Once I get to goal I will weigh once a week to stay on track.
