My advice is this hold off reintroducing those "not so good choices" until you get farther out. I realized that as logn as I didn't reintroduce an item into my diet I didn't crave it as soon as I did I began jonesing including the REAL wings. I've been good about portions and moderations and I think its because I did wait until I was at goal and had gotten my eating habits on track so I knew that it was a treat and could not be added as a staple to my diet.

My nut said I can't have chicken or any other meat until after 8 weeks and she states RNY digest dark meat better than white meat due to moisture and plus the white meat is stringy which isn't good for us. She told me not to worry too much about the fat because early on I won't be able to eat enough to make me gain weight. We'll see.
