Hello... I know there was a post about decreasing butt size for some but for me I am 100% LACKING in that area. I wanted to know does ur body naturally fall back into shape or does things just go south??? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

P.S I know exercise helps alot but does that bring the butt back?

It seems that the same excercises that firm would help, only because what has gone south may go north, again?  I havent had to deal with this evr but it seems lunges, leg lifts & squats may lift and shape...

Squats, lunges, donkey kicksa nd all that will help firm up the muscle that is there. I could help lift a saggy booty but it is not going to correct genetics. I am booty challenged and plan to have a brazillian butt lift.

Lunges and squats are great for toning, but no amount of exercising is going to bring your butt back.
