Thanks so much LuciousLA &Babylapband. I read them all. I  never had a major health issue, other than fibroids, and I guess I've taken this wls for granted.  The last thing I want is to end up sick or on the verge of dying. As I said before, I will wait this thing out. It's not really worth it after all.

WOW LuciousLA thanks for searching for and sharing that thread, I knew drinking early out was not good for our pouch but I had no idea how serious it could be.  Thanks for stressing the importance of taking care of our bodies, following doctors orders and taking the surgery seriously.

Ok, I know everyone is giving you the politically correct answer and yes they are right but I went to Atlantic City and I was 4 months out and I had a drink or too or 3. Its isn't habit matter of fact I have only had a drink when I gamble.  I will tell you at 4 months it knocked me slam out soooooo if you decide to be very careful and make sure you are with someone you trust.

I planned a romantic weekend; so, I thought I'd be in good hands if anything happened. However, I am only 6 weeks out. So, I won't take a chance this early in the game. Maybe, I'll actually come home with some money this time.

OH ok, i misread....HECK NO no drink for you. Gambling and bringing money back home???? Do they go hand and hand??? LOL Best of luck try to bring one of them jackpots home.
