Dumping - Oh my Gawd!!!

I can do Equal and Sweet 'n Low but most of those things have after-tastes that just don't appeal to me.   Then when I try and buy "diet" drinks they all have half of the taste and none of the sugar. 

Maybe I need a tongue bypass to help me get rid of my want for sugar in my foods.

Umm yeah I have the prefect solution stay away far away as long as you can...because although you dump now that can change.  But hey that is just me a confessed sugar addict!

My brotha stop eating the crap!!!  It only took me a couple of times to feel like sh-t before I stopped.  Who wants to feel like that....Everytime you want to put sugar in your mouth exercise or find another alternative for happiness!!!  Daydream about kissing Beyonce' (lol) or some other thing that makes you happy.  Sugar and crappy food is not the way.  You have come along way to revert to your old ugly habits!!!
