I hit the grocery store this morning and replenished my desk staple foods...so I am straight for a minute. 

Bfast - Protein Coffee
Snack - Handful of Pistachios 
Lunch - South Beach Diet Peanut Butter Protein Bar
Dinner - King Crab Quesadillas
Water Goal: 128oz
Supplements - Multi, Vitron-C, B12, B-1, Calcium Citrate+D, Bioton, Flax Seed

Exercise:  1 hour of Zumba

I'm sick of hearing about you and your salmon cakes!  It's all good though...my mom will be here soon and I'll get some!!!! (I hate touching the stuff to make them)

Exercise - 20 mins Elliptical, 30 mins stationary bike, 20 minutes treadmill
