Awww heck - it's ONLY TUESDAY????!!!!!
Anyhoo - I am on it this morning - just finished my protein shake, about to get babygirl off to the bus then me to work - will pack my lunch (turkey chili) cause I will be mowing through a mountain of work today - yall ain't gonna see me around much today.
THEN - AFTER work....... THE GYM!!!!!! It'll still be packed with New Year's suckers..... I will have to take longer on my workout cause I can't double my weight sets - mofos be on the equipment doing bullshiot weights and bullshiot sets - looking at you like YOU got the problem.......
AND - looking to pack down about 80 oz of water - gotta, gotta, GOTTA get that in!!!!!
So - what's your plan for today, BAF???? Are you ON it?????

I have been on it since 01/05/09 and I am so happy to have combined the proper food choices along with the workouts. I needed to shed some pounds that I had gained since June of last year and I am happy to report that as of this morning 12 of them are gone with 9 more to go.

Water-I will attempt to get my 64 ounces in.

I'm off today!! Yeah going to get some glasses cause I can't see JACK. LOL. My plan today is as follow:
Breakfast - Carnation Instant Breakfast
Snack - Strawberry Banana Protien Shake
Lunch - Cream of Crab Soup
Snack - Chocoale Caramel Protien Shake
Dinner - Soup of some kind - not sure yet
Already done 3 mile fat burn walk and hip hop abs. Will drink a minimum of 64 oz of water. Already halfway there. I've taken all vitamins etc!
Working out is really paying off for me so to day i will have .....
Eggs and bacon - already had
Snack - 8 once 26grams 110 calorie protein shake
Lunch- Tenderloin steak and stir fry veggies
Snack- Fruit
Dinner- dont know yet
snack - dont know yet
Its been really easy for me to get in 80-100 oz of water per day. I get that much in when i'm at the gym. I work out for min 2 hrs 3x's a week. Once i'm layed off i will go more..
