Kudos on your weight loss and the stop smoking part. I hear that it is hard to quit smoking. My dad had a VERY hard time with it but he managed. No choice really though.

I see you had Dr. Spiegel as your surgeon. How did you like him? My boss used him for her surgery and she is loving the results.

I have had no problems with Dr. Spiegel. His office is very busy and can sometimes be unprofessional but overall I would not change surgeons. I am in his commercial here in Southwest Louisiana. It has been and continues to be an amazing journey.
