OT-Resume help

Is there anyone that works in HR that can assist me or give me some pointers in tweaking/revising my resume.

Do u use bullet format and a true type font? Ensure to use action verbs. Past tense on previous jobs and present tense on your current job.

Yes, I do use bullet format, action verbs, past (former) and present tense( for current) .  I was just wondering how far should you go back (years) for former employers.

Just wanted a extra set of eyes since prospective employers do not provide any feedback.
