2nd Surgiversary

Hello all,
I don't have alot of as I am preparing for my medical but I wanted to let you know that on Saturday I celebrated my 2nd Surgiversary and I just want to say THANK YOU JESUS FOR THIS NEW LEASE ON LIFE! HE HAS TRULY BLESSED ME WITH THIS JOURNEY and a journey it has been. I just want to say that if you are a newbie don't just look at people's pictures this is really a hard accomplishment to make.. It requires a lifestyle change and a lot of them at that......Am I the poster child??? Hell no...I dont drink the water and I haven't exercised a day since surgery well I did but not hardly....I eat things I shouldn't but everyday I try to push myself to do this things- I know just as God gave us this blessing he can take it away and with that I say that I am vowing to drink my water this year daily AND start exercising because I don't want to lose this wonderful figure I have

but seriously... keep praying, keep pushing yourself, and never give up! if you fell off the wagon and gained a couple get back up and keep it moving!
look at Barack's feat he did hell we can beat this obesity thing!!!!!!!!

Love you all and I do miss the board but I will do better at updating this year too!

Happy 2nd surgiversary and keep up the good work, it's good to know that I wasn't the only one who didn't drink the water and who didn't exercise and still don't it will be 4 years for me tomorrow

got a new job at ford no more traveling but I was just saying this summer maybe we can do something up here in the D!!!!!
