Ripped Fuel (energy)

Meal 1: Oatmeal
Meal 2: Chicken and rice
Meal 3: Chicken and rice
Snack: half Bite size snicker (bad choice) cranberry juice and a pear

NO clue what is for dinner I think they will have to accept pork chops and salad no rice

Snack - Strawberry Banana Protien Shake
Lunch - Maryland Crab Soup

Water - Already gotten in 20 oz.  Minimum of 64
Already taken my vitamins - Fish Oil, biotin, Prenatal, One a Day for Women, B12, Calcium & Citrate, Iron this evening

Exercise - This morning -  Walk Away the Pounds - Fat Burning 3 mile walk!
This evening - IMA Try to get in Hip Hop Abs and Biggest Loser Body Scupt

so far I had cooffee with splenda and fat free creamer and a lean pocket 
                            morning snack will be the orangeI packed
                            Lunch  will be a healthy choice entree

                            dinner will be small salad and hand ful of almonds

Lunch - turkey breast
Snack - walnuts
Dinner - fish & collards
Snack - ?

Water - 80 oz is the goal today

Exercise - hitting the gym after work for an hour (cardio)

Supplements - Iron, Multivitamin, B-12, B-1, Calcium Citrate, Vitamin C & D
