Take 10 minutes at the beginning of your day and make a list of what you have to do. As you cross tasks off you get 5 minutes of BAF time then back to work.

Well being fresh out the Pokey, I can't give anyone a swift kick anywhere. Parole is a bytch.

I know the feeling. Take last Friday. I was minding my own business all day long, then at the end of the day, I got sucked in BAF.

Next thing you know......I'm locked up like this is The Hurriciane II and Forest Whitaker is playing the role of me.

Anyway, got to work. Ramen Noodles is good in a pinch, but not 3 times a day.
