I am not answerin MM's question cause she knows we are always the last to know...I had two events in my weight loss that told me I was losing weight.  The first was years before my surgery and I was making changes in my diet living on my own for the first time in my life.  I went to work wearing off-white jeans (yes I was that fat girl, you couldn't tell me what I could and couldn't wear) and a co-worker asked me to reach her something that was way out of her reach....I was a chemist then...I reached up for the flask and my pant**** the floor, right in the middle of the lab...a sis was a lil embarrassed and oddly enuf, confused as to why that would have happened. LOL

The second event was really emabarrassin but y'all get my drift.

Hey Shay,

I'm feeling good...no complications so far.  I go for my first post op appt on Tuesday.  I'm only post op 6 days so of course I don't see a difference but negros are already commenting on weight loss in my face.  I'm like "riiiiiiight."  Folks I haven't talked to in forever have somehow found out (thanks Grandma) and they are blowing up my phone wanting to know if I'm skinny yet. Lawd knows I'm trying to keep my religion but um..................

I dont notice it so much, but people swear they do, its more obvious.... And people have commented that i am looking younger.

Others noticed the loss in my face a couple weeks after surgery.  I notices it in my thighs, breast and butt around the same time. This journey thus far has been amazing.
