My Big Brother died....

I have been thru a heck of a lot this week, most notably with the death of my brother. Here is an article that speaks about him.

i am surprisingly hodling up well as is our family, and our family is just keeping it 2gether...
now on the diet tip i am totaly off track, and i am afriad that i dont wanna slip into some abyss because of my sadness... pray for me and my family guys.

I just lost my big brother 2 days before Christmas, so believe me when I say my prayers are with you because I have been where you are, heck I'm still there now. God be with you and your family!
