RO-RO & MM
Hello there Nikki!!!! Glad to see you!!!!
I am 3 years out myself - and I totally understand - it's all YOUR game now - the tool isn't 'auto' pilot anymore!!!
RoRo will have to peep back in and give you the coffee thingee - I cannot do protein powders so I have never done that - I am a shake girl - do you or have you ever done protein shakes?
As far as tips to get back on track..... 1st - plan your food intake. Go back to basics - protein first - rest of the stuff after. make sure you get in 3 meals a day at least - try NOT to eat within 2 hrs of going to bed......
2nd WATER!!!! 60 oz a day at LEAST - try to shoot for 80....
3rd VITAMINS!!! Can NEVER stress this enough...... take them!!!!
4th but not last or least..... EXERCISE!!!!!! when you get off with your food - exercise will hold you in good stead!!! cardio and resistance training are my mantra/motto/bible quotes!!!!
you can DO this - first step is already done - you know you need to get on it and you are committed to doing so!!! Don't be a stranger!!!!

For protein coffee using protein powder, I mix the powder in a different cup with just enough water from the tap to make a paste to remove the lumps and then I add it to my coffee slowly so it doesn't get lumpy and grainy. I also do this when I add protein powder to hot chocolate. Please remember that any caffeine that you drink, that you have to double up on your water to even it out because caffeine dehydrates you.
