Yup I have to be in the mood for hip hop also. It helps me when folks get on my nerves at work or I'm woking on a project I need to concentate on I close my office door and blast Lil Wayne, Tupac, Luda!!! or Common. If someone approaches my door they don't knock when they hear me playing hip hop especially my pale brothers & sisters.
Our Fiscal Manager blasts Tupac so loud when she is working on a big project it scares all of the white folks cause you can hear it before you approach her door...it's sooooooooo funny when they want to ask her something and she is in a Tupac mood.

It happens...lol. I had a friend tell me that having kids took my cool status away. I didn't know what she was talking about when she said they were having a party at the club and since she was working with the promoter did some "Lollipop" flyers. I thought they were on something freaky deaky and she had to inform me it was a Lil Wayne song...
The madness peaked when I told her she was too old to be smoking that icky sticky and she almost passed out. At that point she informed me that it was sticky icky and I should stop with the slang before I hurt myself.
