follow up to my dance class dillemma
Well first of all thanks so much to Luscious for researching the classes for me. I went this afternoon and LOVED it. We're learning "Put a Ring on it" video routine. Of course I am NO Sasha Fierce hell I ain't even as good as some of the you tube stars. But, I sweated, I moved, and stretched and I was active. I will definitley go back. The price is reasonable and if you're in the Atl metro area and interested in going with me one week let me know. The first class is free! hitg me on the BL if interested. I will definitly be going back.

In H-town I'm sure they GoTTA have it! I didn't know this was here (right down the SKREET from me****il I posted on the board. I beleive Luscious found this on craigs list. So now my homework this week is to try to "clean up" what I've learned this week. It took two weeks just to get to the first roll and then drop we not even on the second verse yet lmao....but its fun and for 10 bucks a class (I purchased 5) I can do that on a Saturday afternoon after I leave the gym with my strenght training.

power flow yoga lessons for women by women who meet at 1:00 in the afternoons on Saturdays.
If you just are on a session to session basis it will cost 20 per session if you buy a contract for each saturday of the month the rate goes down by 5 each session resulting in just 15 per class
beginners, intermediate and advanced are all welcome. we help ladies of all shapes, sizes and experience levels

that first one looks HOT - already emailed them - the line dancing.... will have to save that - line dancing scares me cause I have been known to accidentally rib, slap and step on toes trying to be coordinated enough for those..... I still count in my head while doing the Hollywood Shuffle and Electric Slide....... LOL!!!
