Breakfast - My usual Oatmeal, Soy Milk, Strawberries and bluberries
Snack - Protein Shake
Lunch - Broiled Lump Crab Cake and Shrimp
Snack - Nuts and Raisins
Dinner - Not quite sure yet. I'll prolly go out to eat with my baby girl and her big sis.
Water minimum of 64oz. I've taken all my vitmains
No working out today. I'm chillin

Breakfast - Turkey Sausage (2 strips)
Lunch - chicken salad w/lettuce
Dinner - ? (probably more chicken salad)
Snacks - almonds
Exercise - 2 miles at the track this morning
Water - 80oz is my goal...not if I reach it today that'll be good
Supplements - Multivitamin, Iron, B12, Calcium Citrate, Vitamin C
