Shout it OUT!!!
I'm not at my goal weight, so what? Times are very hard for us...., don't even care. I praise him all day long! My family is happy, healthy, fed, and clothed and I am employed. I thank him because with all of my pre-WLS symptoms I could have been dead by now.
I am so thankful for my circle of friends (old and new) and hope to form many more bonds in DC.
GOD IS GOOD!
Just looking at the woman I have become is truly a blessing for me. My life, my joy, my happiness is no longer determined by a size on the scale, a tag inside of my clothes or what others think about me. My joy comes from what had been deposited into my spirit.
I'm not all that I should be or can be, but I simply thank God for who I am. And, I'm so thankful for all the wonderful people in my life.

I am still settling in my my DS and getting re-aquainted with this body that I once new, albeit difficult, and a struggle at times. I don't excersise 6 days a week like I promised myself I would. My relationship with some family members is strained. BUT
I am so thankful for my husband, who accepts my crazy azz for who I am and lets me be me. For my family who all is in good health and doing well. For having this life changing surgery and giving me a chance to be healthy so I can be here and grow old with my husband. For my friends who add so much to my life. Thankful for my job which I am comfortable with and my side business that is doing well.
