Ellipitcal I just love it..

I'm so dayum happy I could shyte... I got a stepper after Xmas from my honey...I wasn't quite happy with it...It just didn't give me the full body    workout that I needed..The stepper kept falling apart... So last Monday we went shopping for an Ellipitcal... This thing is off the chain.. I'm doing the 9 day thingy where I workout for 9 days straight in order for it to become a habit.. This machine have my heart pumping  and me sweating and hurting like a m/f...but it feels good...My arms, thighs, tummy muscle be hurting like hell, but this is my first week.. I finally got me a a new camera phone and when I get down to where  I want to be which is to lose  50lbs...I will most def post some pictures of the new me... Just wanted to share...

If you don't mind sharing, can you tell me where you got it and how much it cost?  My sister said she wanted one for Christmas.  But the cool thing is, she will keep it at my house so guess who gets to use it too....ME..ha ha ha ha.  So, can you let me know, I would really appreciate it.  And yes..it is a late gift..lol.  Oh and most importantly...congrats on your new gift and I'm glad you are enjoying it!

They range from 300.00 and up but we got mine at Sears's on sale for 799.00 Nordic Track 800 you might find one for a cheaper price because they have them on sale..Everywhere.. I searched high and low over the internet...to find one that was reasonable but, after I rode  the one in the store...lol I just knew I had to have it..being that he was paying for it...
Try Mc Sporting goods..Dunhams, Sears....but search all the sites over the internet and a lot of them will give you free shipping.. If you spend  over 399.00 I can tell you rt. now it gives you a good workout...I get a burst of energy when I get on it..

Sears sounds good to me...Imma just tell my sister that it is part hers part mine..lol.  If I'm going to spend that much!  Plus, I can defer the payment with sears for probably at least a year.  And pay it off with no interest.  That's the only way to shop at Sears lol.  Do you know if they are still on sale?  I should go today if they are.  Thanks.

I think they will be on sale thorought January and probably into February...Because every where I went they were marked down... Keep looking because this one was more expensive than it was the week before.. Some places had them 50% off rt. after Xmas..I checked all over, but a lot of them don't have them in the stores.. You have to order them and have them shipped to their stores.. Eiether way I am sure you both will enjoy it.. I love it and the fact  that you can up your strength on it any time you like.. I'm  tickled.. My brother the retired drill sargent is the one that hipped me to the 9 day thing... He said after 9 days it become a habit, but you cannot skip a day...under any circustances..... Sickness or whatever, he said don't skip do it whether you feel well or not..He runs 10 miles everyday... Oops I can't do that..

This is my favoriate machine you can get a good workout and it's low impact.  Make sure you purchase a "good"one because you will use it much more than other exercise equipment you have in the house that may have clothing hanging from it :)

I agree with you 100% I like this better than anything I ever  exercise on..It's stationary and you don't have to plug it in.. and it works all of your body... I thought my Treadmill was the best one until I got this one...
