DAY 57 P90X PLUS, I AM TIRED, TIRED,

Morning Yall

I am so glad my workout is out of the way because i'm just tired and can't wait for my rest day tomorrow.   I worked out my arms really well today and i'm  thinking about getting some 35 pounds dumbbells so that I can build more bulk but i'm not sure yet cause I don't want to keep going up by only 5 pound increments cause weights are not cheap.

I have to admit yesterday I fell off the candy wagon and had M&M's but I didn't eat 3 packs, I only had one so I guess that's a step.  Today I have to go to a party so I know I am eating bad and I think that is why I was able to talk myself into eating the M&M's.  But Sunday morning i'm back on my grind with no candy.    I'm sorry if I let anyone down but like I said before I am very weak when it comes to candy, but I am trying.

Well that's it for me, my workout is done and it's time for my oatmeal.

Hey Lee!!!!  Chile - don't be hard on yourself about that candy - hell - with all the working out you do - I can't see WHY you ain't burning inches and weight like a furnace!!!!

I am about to go hit the gym - will be HARD on the weights today - tryna wait till the morning classes let out - this New Year's in the gym got all the suckers up in there play pimpin.... ain't never seen so many fake mofos....... they will be gone by the middle of next month - just let the Valentine's candy hit...... LOL!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

If you knew half of the candy I eat you would understand why I don't lose a pound,  I really have a problem.  I mean I eat a ton not just a candy bar but many which is why eating just one pack of M&M's was a great thing for me cause I usually get like 3 and i'm talking the big packs not the little ones.   But I am not giving up I will try to not eat any candy today but I am going to eat probably cake at this party.

LOL after many years in the gym I know the deal.  Its funny how you get possesive about Your gym and YOUR equipment...lol.  The next wave will come about April when people are trying to get ready for the summer and then we are golden for the rest of the year. 

By the way I have been meaning to say you look so awesome in your new avie.  How can I too be a mack mama!!

Girl, OKAY!!!!!  I was so pissed this morning cause I couldn't do my double sets like I like to..... I usually do two weight exercises at the same time - just alternate so I am not resting between reps - so like I will be on the calf machine and doing bicep curls with the bar - well since the damn place is so crowded - I hop up after 1st set on calves - a mofo hops on after me!!!    I be feeling like 'you fat bitoch - you NEED to have your ass on the treadmill instead of the calf machine - now MOVE!!!!'

whhooooooossaaaaaaa - I just have to ride it out.... they will be gone by late Feb.

Mornin Lee,

I still can't do any serious working out after my last surgery.  But, you are an inspiration.  I know candy is a "Demon Child" of the "Devil - Sugar" but it's an everyday struggle.  You don't give up and that's what counts!!

I won't even try to pretend that failing at this all the time doesn't make me feel like a big loser because it does but I will keep trying and maybe one day I will get it right.

Lee dont beat yourself up.  You are just releasing cortisol into your system and that ain't good.  Allow yourself some food happines every now and then.   I know for me the more I deny the more I want and the more I eat.  So relax...eat the cake be okay with it and move on! 

I will get my workout in when I leave work.  Its been a long week but I'm gonna keep pushin!

I know what your talking about with the cortisol being released and I know it is a bad thing but I have such an addiction it is ridiculous.   I will try again, I have not given up.

 One pack won't do that much damage... You can burn that off in a day... I went grocery shopping yesterday, and I spent way over what  I wanted, trying to buy the rt. foods to get my weightloss going rt.. Healthy foods cost so much more and don't let me buy something sugar free, it's really expensive... or fat free...  I'm really happy with this elliptical machine I have... It's kind of fun working out on it even though it's kind of painful..I say give me another week and I bet the lbs..will be coming off.. This is the only machine that I like better than my treadmill.. I work out between 6 and 7 in th eevening... Morning workouts I just can't ever do, because I don't wake up feeling like working out.. I do better in the evenings and I sleep better that night to...
