My pouch doesn't take to grits well either, that's why I'm only eating a spoonful. LOL
My son loves them so I made them for him. I can get 1 spoonful down and that's it. I miss them, but that 1 spoonful is enough to satisfy my taste for them for a few months.

It's been a while ladies and I've missed the BAF family. I'm almost 10 weeks out and the weight loss is slow but steady. Anywho, this is what I plan to have today:
B-2 turkey bacon slices, 1 boiled egg
S-1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 protein bar
L-Tossed greens salad with 1 boiled egg, LF dressing
S-1/2 protein bar, SF jello cup
D-Left over salad with egg, LF dressing
Having a hard time getting in all my water (although decaff coffee doesn't seem to slow me down...I think it's psychological, LOL) but my aim is 48 oz.

My daughter and I had Cheesecake Factory last night....that Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake is the devil.
So today, so far the plan is:

Snack - Spoon of PB & a Banana
Dinner - Chicken Bellagio (leftovers from Cheesecake Factory)
Late Night - Cheesecake, Baileys
All vitamins are done, doing ok on the water.
Exercise: 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels, chasing my child around at Chuck E Cheese.

Today I got up and made me a protein shake..drank 1/2 of that before my walk
Dont know what else I wil be eating today.
Exercise: Walked to the skating rink (5 miles) (nothing like layers of clothes to keep you warm) , skated for 2 hours and then walked back home. I am good and tired. Need to work on my water intake.
