This is my "off" day so I will be goofing and treating myself today.
SF Hot Chocolate w/ protein
Snack - Green Tea & 100 calorie packet of party mix
Dinner - Pizza slice and a will share a slice of deuce de leche cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory w/ my son.
A large Ciroc/OJ
Water Goal: 100oz
Supplements - Multi, Iron 60mg, Ester C, B12, B-complex & Calcium Citrate
Exercise: Walking around the stores...about to hit the Macys one day sale....Yes I'm giving into my shopping addiction.

This is post op day 5 for me so while I'm still on clear liquids, I get to add protein supplements. I never thought I'd be so happy to drink protein shakes or eat protein bars. I'm also adding B complex 50 and B12 vitamins to my multivitamin regimen. I'm going to try to catch the matinees at the theaters cause a sister is on a budget. I've been wanting to see a good horror film for a while so I'm going to see the unborn.

Im just getting in from the emergency room with Mikayla. She has a inner ear infection and a ruptured ear drum but is well enough to get ready to head out the door to go roller skating. GO FIGURE!
Breakfast - Oatmeal with soy milk, strawberries and blueberries
snack - Ranch sunflower seeds
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad - Giving in to my shopping addiction and headed to Tyson's as soon as Mikayla leaves LOL
Snack - Protein Shake
Dinner - Prolly left over salad
Water miniumu of 64 oz
Vitamins - Calcium Citrate, Iron, B12, Biotin, Fish Oil, Prenatal, One a Day Multi

I was once a mess!! My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!! I'm living proof!
I hate to even post this for the sake of newbies. If you are a new post op, you will be so much safer if you plan your meals (Cookie used to really talk about getting into ho****er if you don't plan your meals!!! - She was RIGHT!!)
Today I'll be a little relaxed too, but I will have:
At least 3 liters of water (6 bottles of the .5 liter)
grilled chicken salad
protein bullets
Everything else is a toss (newbies don't do this, plan your meals!!!) I've been cleared to do some light workouts as long as my arms are not involved, so I'll be walking between 3-6 miles today!
